” Love in a place that is out of this world, can’t be simply human.”
Ok, Isle of Skye is definitely one of the most breathtaking places on earth. The landscapes are just absolutely stunning, like nothing else I have ever seen. The drive from Glasgow to the island takes about 6 hours, were the only thing that you might miss is your phone reception, but other than that you have everything you need for your eyes, mind and soul.
The further you drive the simpler life becomes. All it counts are the mountains, a few sheep, the ocean breeze and the sundown. I was invited by Mia and Tom to shoot their elopement at Isle of Skye. We did not prepare ourselves for it. We decided to just drive and be inspired by the place, the landscapes and the feeling that we had. Listening to music on our Ipad by the likes of Bon Iver and Fismoll, we definitely got inspired to make some crazy things.
Getting married is a process, it not just this one day, one moment its a journey that you are on for the most of your life. I was were lucky to be a part of their journey and to be chosen as the wedding videographer and to shoot their elopement. The film with follow soon, stay tuned.
I can’t believe nobody’s commented on this yet the pictures is so gorgeous <3

I absolutely love this photo. I went through all the wedding photo’s on your site, but I think this is my favourite. It’s elegant, it’s simple and there is so much emotion in this picture. I love the softness and the colours, and I love her expression. It speaks of safety and pure love. Gorgeous!
