• Birth certificates of both parties
• Passports for both parties
• Divorce Papers/ Previous Marriage certificate/ death certificate with apostille stamp (if applicable).
• Proof of Spanish resident (at least one of the parties must be a resident in Spain for at least 2 years, or be a Spanish citizen to qualify for a civil marriage in Spain).
• Freedom to marry letter (you might need to obtain this from your home country’s consulate or embassy).
